In the first 30 Days
You have a 30 day cooling-off period from your First Premium Payment Date to make sure this cover is right for you. If no claim is made during this period, you can cancel your Policy and receive a full refund of premiums paid by calling 0800 108 108 (New Zealand only), or emailing a signed cancellation letter to customercare@momentumlife.co.nz.

It is important you consider your insurance needs before you do this and seek independent financial advice if you are unsure. After the first 30 days, there will be no refund of the premiums you have paid; and furthermore, you will need to reapply for cover if you change your mind at a later date, in which case the premium you are required to pay may be higher when you decide to recommence your Policy.
