You can cancel your Platinum Life Insurance Policy at any time by calling 0800 108 108, or emailing a signed cancellation letter to customercare@momentumlife.co.nz.
It is important you consider your insurance needs before you do this, as there will be no refund of the premiums you have paid; and furthermore, you will need to reapply for cover if you change your mind at a later date, in which case the premium you are required to pay may be higher when you decide to recommence your Policy.
