What if I change my mind?

In the first 30 Days

You have a 30 day cooling-off period from your First Premium Payment Date to make sure this cover is right for you. If no claim is made during this period, you can cancel your Policy and receive a full refund of premiums paid by calling 0800 108 108, or emailing a signed then scanned cancellation letter to customercare@momentumlife.co.nz.

After the first 30 Days

You can cancel your Policy at any time by calling 0800 108 108, or emailing a signed then scanned cancellation letter to customercare@momentumlife.co.nz

It is important to consider your insurance needs before cancelling your Policy, and seek independent financial advice if you are unsure. After the first 30 days, there will be no refund of the premiums you have paid, and if you change your mind at a later date you will need to reapply for cover and the premium you are required to pay may be higher when you decide to recommence your Policy.
