While our page is an open forum, and we encourage people to leave feedback and share relevant information, it's also a family friendly one. We expect that participants post content and commentary that is both relevant and respectful to the whole community. • Trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion
• Spamming in nature
• Repetitive or continuous posts, including complaints that have been addressed or escalated through our dispute resolution process
• Violations of copyright or any intellectual property rights
• Commercial solicitations or promotion of a competitor
• Unreasonable or inappropriate disclosure of someone else's personal information
• Uploading files that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or software
• Commercial solicitation or solicitation of donations
• Link baiting (embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to another site)

Where a response is required to a post on the Momentum Life page, we will do our best to respond to your comments between the hours of 9am and 5pm NZST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in New Zealand or Australia).
